I'm beginning to think that maybe I've watched one too many old movies. How else to explain the fact that I took one look at
this dress and thought "hey, it's a feminine take on the clichéd red sash so beloved by the 'foreign diplomat' character"...kind of like the one worn by Mayor Cheese in Pufnstuf?
Yep, I need to get out more...
It reminded me of the same thing. That Mayor has major eyebags, and he needs some sleep. Dig his boots, though.
