Our city council...bless their little cotton socks...has finally taken pity on a rather scrubby piece of parkland and planted about a tonne of assorted wild flowers (cue massive excitement in the local sparrow and butterfly community). If I ever have anything that could even remotely be termed a garden I'm using this as inspiration...
